Problem with Joomla

Hi,

My config is joomla 2.58. I've installed the last freichat, download and install the module.

When I published the module at any position, nothing is displayed! I guess it is a problem with yootheme?

Any suggestion?

Do you get any errors related to freichat in your browser console ?

Have you disabled jQuery in Freichat to see if that gets it working? Many Yootheme templates also use jQuery so it'll probably already be included by your template, so Freichat won't need to insert its own copy.

If that doesn't make any different, it could still be a scripting issue. Search for a plugin called jQuery Easy which can fix conflicts between different extensions that are all trying to use jQuery and tripping each other up. That might be worth a try.

FreiChat also has its own code to solve jquery conflicts . You can enable it by setting the option to yes for "Remove jquery conflicts" in freichat backend
