I can not solve the problem.

The icons do not appear in the chat window
I see that there admin panel is option, client side is not visible smile and file upload and email icon

Make sure you have granted access for the email , upload etc plugins in freichat backend under general settings

Can you give me a screenshot of your chatwindow , so that i may get a better idea .
Make sure you are clicking on the button next to the minimize button on the chatwindow because the plugins panel is hidden by default.
