i moved my domain but still have this problem

I have the same error message on a clean install on a single server!

There is no file "JsonSerializable.php" in the "sys" folder. so there is my problem. Or maybe the double // is the problem?

Don't know if this is even marginally related smile I just saw the JsonSerializable.php and realized that I had had a similar problem!
Anyway hope you can work it out!

I am a newbie (so don't think I'm going to help your problem). I got a similar problem (the whole JsonSerializable.php thing), all I had to do was go into my hosting account and make sure I had PHP 5.4 selected (it had been on PHP 5.3 before). Don't know if this is even marginally related :S I just saw the JsonSerializable.php and realized that I had had a similar problem! Anyway hope you can work it out! Regards, Cody

Yes, that error is because PHP 5.3 and older does not support the JSONSerializable interface.

It was added in PHP 5.4
