chat box and chat room problems

I've installed it on joomla 1.7.2
the chatroom doesn't seems right and the "powered by eNvix" show up all the time can you helpme fix it?
my site is yourswrites.com, to see the problem please register first..
I can't upload image to this forum.

The problem was because of a bad template, changing the template will make the chat work.
