I installed correctly the module for Joomla free of errors, but the FreiChat not appear on any page of the site. Only the title is displayed. All settings are defaulted (for Guest, on the everyone online users list...)

To test the left modulo only one page (Sobre nós) where you can see the title "Chat" in the position "navigation-a".

Looks like freichat is not being loaded in your website . Have you positioned the module correctly ? Please try changing the module position and make sure that
the position chosen is visible in current enabled template .

Can you send us your translation file ? It looks like an encoding problem .

I'm having the same problem. Have installed the software and have installed the module to Joomla 3.3. Used the breez3 template and put it in position-12 and get a blank page no chat. Can someone explain what is to be done with the module to get this to work and show. I would have assumed you had some instructions on how to setup the module and how to setup the link to bring it up but you kinda left me without much to go on with regards to the module and position or how to lauch the chat.
