i recently installed Codoforum. Now that I access to my admin panel, and UI and BLOCKS. I get this;

I can see the section, but if I add, I can'T choose where I want to put it!

For information, I use the gaming theme : battledark

Also, I want to use my forum in French, but all the accents are not supported.
